"Hi all,
Here's what I'm keen to get some viewpoints on;
Some of us in business have studied, others have not. What have been your personal experiences and what role, in your opinion, should education ideally play in business. For example, should a recent graduate seek further study, or experience, should courses be more hands on, are internships the way to go before or after study and so on. What are your experiences?."

"i would say its very essential for someone to study as much as possible from my experience, its not just something written in books, but the kind of group and circle you get in real life cant be done online or in some other way.
its for 2 reasons, one is knowledge and other is friends sharing knowledge."

"The world moves so quick these days and the schools just can't keep up.
I've done both..and school of hard knocks was way way more instructive in the educational process.…"
